What Happens Right After You Register
Registration takes about 2 minutes. Here are four things to do immediately so your account is fully ready for deposits, withdrawals and bonuses.
Make Your First Deposit
The minimum deposit is ৳150. Go to the Deposit page, choose bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or Bank Transfer, and enter the amount. Funds typically arrive within 4 minutes. Your 160% welcome bonus (up to ৳18,500) is credited automatically on the same deposit.
Submit KYC Before Your First Withdrawal
KYC verification is required before your first cash-out. Upload a clear photo of your National ID Card (NID), Passport or Driving Licence. The review normally takes up to 24 hours. Submit early so you are not waiting when you are ready to withdraw.
Download the xx789 App
The xx789 app (Android APK, v2.7.11, 45 MB, free) gives you one-tap access to your account. It is faster than the mobile browser and sends push notifications for match events and bonus credits. Requires Android 6.0 or above.
Share Your Referral Code
Once your account is active, you receive a personal referral code. Share it with friends: each time someone registers and deposits, you earn a ৳175 referral bonus. There is no cap on how many friends you can refer. See the Referral Bonus page for full details.
Information Required to Register
The form asks for four pieces of information. No email address is required at this stage — your phone number is your unique identifier across the site.
| Field | Requirement | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Phone Number | 11 digits, starts with 01 Valid Bangladeshi mobile number |
Used as your login username and for OTP verification. Must match the mobile wallet you plan to deposit with (bKash/Nagad). |
| Password | Minimum 8 characters Mix letters and numbers |
Longer passwords reduce brute-force risk. Avoid using your phone number or date of birth as your password. |
| Confirm Password | Must match the password field exactly | Confirms you have typed your intended password without a typo. The form will not submit if they differ. |
| Referral Code | Optional — alphanumeric, 6–10 characters | Enter only if a friend shared a code with you. It cannot be added after registration is complete, so enter it now if you have one. |
| Terms Agreement | Checkbox — must be ticked to proceed | Confirms you are 18 or older and have read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The Register Now button is disabled until this is checked. |
Step-by-Step: From Form to First Bet
The whole process — registration, deposit, and placing your first bet — takes under 10 minutes on a phone. Here is exactly what to do.
-
Fill in the Registration Form
Open the form at the top of this page. Enter your 11-digit phone number (the same one linked to your bKash or Nagad), choose a password of at least 8 characters, confirm it, add a referral code if you have one, tick the age confirmation checkbox, and tap Register Now. The form validates in real time — a red border on any field means something needs correcting before you can continue.
-
Verify Your Phone Number
After submitting the form, a one-time password (OTP) is sent to your mobile number via SMS. Enter the code on the next screen within 5 minutes. If the SMS does not arrive, tap Resend OTP once. Still nothing? Check that the number you entered has no typo and that your SIM has a signal. This step confirms you own the number and locks it to your account.
-
Make Your First Deposit via bKash or Nagad
Go to Wallet > Deposit in your new account. Select your payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or Bank Transfer. Enter an amount of ৳150 or more. Follow the on-screen payment instructions (the merchant number is shown at that step). The minimum is ৳150, and deposits process in under 4 minutes. Your 160% welcome bonus, up to ৳18,500, is credited as soon as the deposit clears.
-
Browse Games and Place Your First Bet
Your balance is now funded. Head to xx789 Casino for slots, live tables and fishing games, or go to Sports to find cricket and football markets. Each game page shows the published RTP so you know what you are playing. The minimum bet on most games starts at ৳1–৳10. Remember to complete KYC verification from your Account page before you request your first withdrawal.
One account per person. xx789 allows one registered account per phone number and per device. Opening duplicate accounts may result in suspension. If you have forgotten your password, use the Login page to reset it rather than creating a new account.
Referral code deadline. You can only enter a referral code during registration — there is no way to add it later. If a friend shared a code with you, make sure it is in the form before you tap Register Now.

Common Registration Errors & How to Fix Them
Most sign-up problems come down to one of five issues. Check the table below before contacting live chat.
| Error / Issue | Likely Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "Phone number already registered" | You may have opened an account previously, or someone else used this number. | Go to xx789 Login and use the Forgot Password option to regain access. Do not register a second account. |
| OTP SMS not received | Weak signal, full inbox, number mis-typed, or carrier delay. | Check the number you entered has no typo. Wait 60 seconds then tap Resend OTP. Move to an area with better signal. If still nothing, contact 24/7 live chat. |
| "Passwords do not match" | The two password fields have different values, often due to auto-fill overwriting one field. | Clear both password fields manually and type them again. Avoid relying on auto-fill for the confirmation field. Check Caps Lock is not on. |
| Register Now button stays grey / disabled | The Terms checkbox is not ticked, or one field still has a validation error. | Scroll up and look for any red-bordered field. Fix each one, then tick the Terms checkbox. The button activates only when all fields are valid and the checkbox is checked. |
| Page does not load / blank screen after submit | Slow connection, ad-blocker interference, or outdated browser cache. | Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa). Clear your browser cache or switch to Chrome. Alternatively, download the xx789 app (APK) which works independently of browser issues. |
Questions Players Ask Before Signing Up
Do I need to verify my identity to register at xx789?
No identity documents are required to open an account. You only need a valid Bangladeshi phone number and a password. KYC verification (National ID Card, Passport or Driving Licence) is required before you request your first withdrawal, not at the registration stage. Submit your documents early from the Account page so the 24-hour review is finished by the time you want to cash out. See the Withdrawal & KYC Guide for the full document checklist and submission steps.
Can I register if I am outside Bangladesh right now?
Your account is tied to a Bangladeshi phone number, and payments are processed through Bangladeshi mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and local bank transfer. If you are temporarily abroad, registration is technically possible but depositing via local wallets may require a Bangladeshi SIM. The platform interface is set for the Bangladesh timezone (UTC+06) and currency (৳ BDT). If you face any access issues, contact 24/7 live chat for guidance on your specific situation.
How long does the welcome bonus take to appear in my wallet?
The 160% first deposit bonus is credited automatically as soon as your deposit clears — usually within the same 4-minute window as the deposit itself. You do not need to enter a promo code or contact support. If the bonus has not appeared 10 minutes after your deposit confirmed, open a live chat and share your transaction reference number. The agent can check the crediting status immediately. The bonus is valid for 7 days from the credit date, so do not delay starting your wagering.
What is the minimum age to open an xx789 account?
You must be 18 years old or older to register and play at xx789. By ticking the terms checkbox during registration, you confirm your age. xx789 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If KYC review reveals a player is under 18, the account will be closed and any remaining balance returned, minus any bonuses already used. This policy applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception. Responsible gaming tools are available from your account settings for players who need them.
Can I add a referral code after I have already registered?
No — the referral code field is only available during the initial registration form. Once your account is created, there is no way to retroactively apply a referral code through the platform or via support. If a friend shared a code with you, make sure to enter it in the optional Referral Code field before you tap Register Now. If you have already registered without one, your account remains fully functional — you just will not receive the referral bonus for that sign-up. You can still generate your own referral code and share it with others once your account is active.
What should I do if I forget my password immediately after registering?
Go to the xx789 Login page and tap Forgot Password. Enter the phone number you registered with, and an OTP will be sent to that number. Enter the code and set a new password. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. If you no longer have access to that phone number, contact 24/7 live chat with your account details and they will guide you through identity verification to regain access. Never share your password with anyone, including support staff — real agents will never ask for your password.
Already Have an Account?
If you registered before and just need to sign in, head straight to the login page. Use Forgot Password if you have lost access.
Prefer registering on your phone? Download the xx789 App (Android APK v2.7.11, 45 MB, free) for a faster experience. The registration form inside the app is identical — same fields, same bonus. Get the APK here.
